Luchene Kitchen

This project includes a modern refresh of the kitchen and a significant update to the basement. In the kitchen, we enhanced the space with new flooring, updated cabinetry, stylish countertops, and a fresh backsplash, creating a welcoming and contemporary cooking area.



For the basement, we started with a complete demo down to the foundation walls and floor joists. Utility lines in the ceiling were reorganized for a cleaner look, then painted black to create a polished, industrial-style finish. The foundation walls were cleaned and painted for added durability and aesthetics. We installed new, energy-efficient windows and leveled the floor, completing the transformation with durable, waterproof luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring for a sleek, resilient surface.
