Sunroom

An old deck that was not in good shape and two small concrete patios that the customer was not using at all. Customer wanted a space where they could view and enjoy the private backyard/wooded lot. So we removed the old deck and two small patios.  KBRD team created  a large stamped concrete pad, while adding a 16x16 sunroom with windows all around. Additionally ,a larger deck was placed with  composite decking for minimal maintenance. During install of the new gutters and downspouts, we made modifications to the downspouts to accommodate their rain barrels, for easy watering of plants
